
A dynamic, playful class that synchronises breath to movement with options to challenge and chill. This class includes forward folds, twists and some cheeky standing balances if you’re up for it. Inclusivity and playfulness are at the heart of my teaching – my classes are for everyone, regardless of your circumstances or whether you can touch your toes or not. If you want to add some spice you can, but if you’d rather keep it pretty chilled that’s fine by me. I encourage students to listen to their bodies, to take risks, to play and to embrace mistakes and boundaries with resilience and laughter!
